Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s. Resurgere Mines and Minerals India Ltd.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SM/IVD/ID4/6887/2019-20 dated February 20, 2020 has inter-alia issued following directions:
- Noticee no. 1, the Company is restrained from accessing the Securities Market including by issuing prospectus, offer document or advertisement soliciting money from the public and is further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly in any manner, for a period of five (5 ) years from the date of this order.
- The following Noticees are restrained from accessing the Securities Market and are further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly in any manner, from the date of this order, for the period as directed below:

It is clarified that during the period of restraint, the existing holding of securities of the Noticees including units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
